LUSHER STYLE REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lusher Style purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your women’s clothing items, we are here to help you with a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
1.1 Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items returned beyond this 30-day period will not be accepted.
1.2 Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned with all original tags still attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging (where applicable).
Items that show visible signs of wear, use, perfume, makeup, or other damage will be returned to the customer, and a refund will not be issued.
1.3 Return Shipping Costs (International Shipping)
As an international retailer with worldwide shipping, the responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Exchange or Change of Mind (e.g., fit, color preference) Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Defective/Damaged or Incorrect Item Lusher Style will cover the cost of the return shipping.
Note: For returns due to Change of Mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
1.4 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Underwear, hosiery, or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Gift cards.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Email Us: Send an email to support@lusherstyle.shop with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
Provide Details: In the email, clearly state your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., size exchange, refund, defective).
Wait for Authorization: Our support team will review your request and reply with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Do not send the item back before receiving this authorization.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds are processed in US Dollars. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
3.2 Exchanges
If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item (subject to availability) once your original item is received and inspected. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
